The rapture and second coming of Christ are 2 events that are often seen as one and the same. However, as we read through scripture, God's word paints a different picture for us. In part 1 of this study I'll break down the events of Matthew 24:29-31, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, and 1 Corinthians 15:51-52. I'll also look at the differences between the uses of "gather together" in Matthew 24:31 and "caught up" in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 as I explain the larger Jewish context.

In the first half of the year, we've seen drastic measures being taken to curb the affects of the coronavirus pandemic. Such as the sanitization of cash or the decrease of its use in order to opt for cashless alternatives instead. Now nations such as China and the US are leading the charge for their own digital currency. Are we seeing the start of the end of cash as we know it as we stand on the horizon of a complete cashless society? And where could this lead as some sound the alarm on the privacy issues it could have? Ultimately, the stage is being set for the tribulation and this is one of many signs confirming that.

In Revelation 10, John sees a mighty angel descend from heaven. We're told the angel "had a little book open in his hand" and later gives it to John to eat (Revelation 10:2, 8-11). In part 2 of this study on Revelation 10 we'll take a look at the little book held by the mighty angel and what we're to make of the scene described to us in verses 8-11.

In Revelation 10, John sees a mighty angel descend from heaven. We're told this angel is "clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire," (Revelation 10:1-2). In part 1 of this study on Revelation 10 we'll take a look at the identity and characteristics of this angel. Is this another appearance of Jesus as some believe or is this simply "another angel"?

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is calling for a "Great Reset". In the words of Klaus Schwab - Founder and Executive Chariman of WEF - "The Pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world". For the world to go from what we have now to a global governing framework described in the bible, a "reset" just like what is being called for is exactly what will be needed to bring this change about. This should tell us the tribulation isn't as far off as we think and that our departure - the rapture of the church - is even closer!

In 2018, Mastercard announced their partnership with Microsoft to work on creating a "universally-recognized digital identity". Fast forward 2 years and we see that they're aiming even higher by joining the ID2020 alliance who's goal is to get everyone in the world a digital identity.

Discussion involving the employment of a digital health passport of some kind has grown and we're now seeing governments, healthcare companies, businesses, and startups bring the issue to the forefront. Covi-Pass is one such digital health passport option being looked into.

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres believes the pandemic presents us an opportunity to change the world for the "better".

At the sound of the 6th trumpet, 4 angels bound at the Euphrates river are released to kill a third of mankind. At the same time John sees 200 million horsemen and horses. Similar to the 5th trumpet judgment, these 4 angels are likely fallen but are we to interpret the 200 million army as supernatural entities or a culmination of modern warfare? In part 2 I examine the interpretation that the 200 million is composed of humans and technological warfare.
